On 17th October, we will spend the whole day outdoors on the beautiful @broughtonsanctuary during which, we will:
✨Take a sensory forest bathing walk allowing time for presence and deep nature immersion
✨Have time for reflection as we practise mindfulness and walk the spiral labyrinth
✨Take part in a great nature connection activity at the 33 Stones Earth Installation
✨Have the opportunity to feel truly alive wild swimming
✨Take a sauna in the woods
