Small group classes led by Kate Chearman, a holistic physiotherapist who specialises in women’s health through ante and post-natal rehabilitation.
These classes are designed to give your changing body the attention it deserves during these precious transitional moments. Kate guides the group gently and specifically in order to access and engage the deeper layers of muscle which hold much importance for pre and post-natal health.
Enjoy gathering in community with a group of expectant mothers to strengthen and tone, to work on your pelvic floor and core strengthening. Suitable for both beginner to intermediate levels.
