Beginners Yoga

We would love to welcome you to begin your yoga practice with us here at Avalon on this four-week course. Avalon is the perfect setting for a journey into the self while immersed in nature, one of our greatest teachers.

This foundation course is held by Ella Young, one of our Front of House team members and 800-hour certified yoga teacher. The course is limited in numbers to ensure you get adequate attention and space for all of the questions that arise. A beginners’ introduction is vital to explore the unique alignment that fits with your body as well as any limitations that we must be mindful of in order to aid functionality, without overstepping the line.

We are providing the chance to learn the foundations of yoga and guide you back inside your body, mind and spirit. This promises to be a wonderful start or reintroduction to your yoga journey!
