Slow Flow Vinyasa

Vinyasa Flow is a free-flowing practice connecting mind and body through breath and movement. The word ‘Vinyasa’ can be interpreted as ‘to move in a special way’.

Incorporating music specifically to deepen and enrich your experience, this practice will help to release deeply rooted tensions, improve strength, flexibility and create space to grow.

Ella’s aim in her yoga teaching is to assist you on your path towards the realisation that you are enough; perfect exactly as you are.
