This session provides space to deeply rest and connect with a sense of stillness and peace. Paris brings together a range of subtle yet powerful complementary techniques. The group is taken through guided relaxation and meditation using visualisation, sensory and somatic awareness to open the body to relaxation in order to receive the sounds of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Sound has been a tool for healing in various cultures for thousands of years to bring the body-mind into greater balance and harmony.

Paris facilitates space to find deeper awareness, access meditative states and to rebalance all levels of our being – the mental, emotional, physical and subtle energy bodies.
