Cold Water Immersion & Sauna Workshop
Ice bathing, also known as cold water immersion, is an invigorating experience that challenges both the mind and body. This rewardingly challenging practice is gaining popularity as a way to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and improve overall well-being. Not only does the shock of the cold water stimulate the body’s natural endorphins, but it is also a great tool to increase resilience and mental toughness.
In these monthly cold immersion workshops we will help you step out of your comfort zone into the exhilaration of an icy dip.
The immersion will be followed by time to relax and reheat with hot cacao and use of the log-burning woodland sauna.
