We will begin the session by enjoying Dirtea Lion’s Mane tea and talking over some simple techniques for mindfulness based meditation to use for the practice. Lion’s Mane mushroom tea is known to stimulate the growth of brain cells. It can boost your memory, dial in your focus, increase your chi or life force energy and improve your mood, whilst supporting digestion.
