
Friday Forrest Yoga
Forrest Yoga is renowned as an intensely physical, internally-focused practice that emphasizes how to carry a transformative experience off the mat and into daily life. Each month, this special class will focus on a particular theme, ranging from working towards a particular posture or distilling a yoga philosophy concept, to practicing with life music, chanting and/or journalling. Slow, intentional, and nourishing movements will support you towards feelings more present with your body, your thoughts, and your emotions; and help you to feel deeply connected to yourself and others.
