Nature’s Dance with Eleni Green
In this free movement workshop, Eleni Green will lead you through a mosaic of habitats at Broughton Sanctuary in Skipton, Yorkshire, asking different questions about how our bodies can help us connect with nature.
Root and open gently with the delicate buttercups, find space with the soaring birds of prey and stand strong to safeguard the land with the thistles. The workshop will invite you to centre yourself with grounding exercises, learn to slow the flow of your movement and harmonise with the natural rhythms around you. Join us for this soft and playful nature-oriented movement workshop, inspired by the principles of rewilding.
- Suitable for adults and young people aged 16 and over.
- No dance experience required.
- This is a FREE event limited to 15 spaces.
