Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a wonderful antidote for our fast paced modern lifestyles to soothe the nervous system, find life balance and truly listen to the body’s individual needs in each given moment. Postures are held in relative stillness for 2 – 5 minutes at a time to work deeply into the fascia, clear and mobilise the energy meridians and exercise the joints. Mindfulness techniques are drawn upon throughout the class so you can dive deep within into self-inquiry and leave the class feeling refreshed and grounded. This relaxing but challenging class is accompanied by ethereal soundscapes, and provides space for somatic exploration, deep presence and self-realisation.
