Our Yoga Foundations class focuses on the essential principles of a personal yoga practice: understanding and sensing the breath, moving through ‘asana’ or postures, and exploring the interconnectedness between the mind and the body. This class provides a balanced and accessible exploration of yoga, moving through seated, standing, and reclined positions. Over time, the unfolding of the practice will offer you greater awareness of the body and presence with yourself, as well as physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
