'Engage Your Inner Warrior' Day Retreat with Ashley Marley

Within all of us resides something fierce, something strong. Some of us have never met this side of ourselves, while others have caught rare glimpses of it. It is that little extra something that shows up when we feel like giving up, that thing that helps us persevere. that little voice that says you can do it when the going gets tough. That voice, that thing is your inner warrior.
Join Ashley Marley, Avalon yoga instructor and movement enthusiast for an invigorating day retreat. It will awaken and inspire your inner warrior to walk side by side with you in this beautiful life. This will be a full day of breath, sweat and movement. We will be moving towards integration between mind, body and spirit. Prepare to stretch your body and your comfort zone, prepare to engage your inner warrior. This retreat will be for all levels, with modifications and amplifications where needed.
This isn’t your average yoga retreat!
It’ll be a sanctuary. A safe space to work through whatever you’re facing, celebrate your accomplishments and sweat it all out on the mat. Emerge feeling stronger, like the best version of yourself because movement is life.
This will be your time to unravel, stretch and let go. In the main studio at Avalon Wellbeing, you’ll be led by an inspiring instructor, surrender to the beat of the music and get lost in the energy of the room. You move, you stretch and you push yourself as far as you can - together.
Ashley is a Californian instructor with over 20 years of experience during which she was ranked one of the top fitness instructors in Los Angeles. Her energy is magnetic and she will motivate, challenge and inspire you to go deeper. Ashley will break movements down so that you don’t just learn how to move- you learn why.
