The day starts at 10.00am ending around 7.00pm and offers an opportunity to relax, unwind and rejuvenate mind, body and spirit, through a combination of movement, mantra and meditation, followed by a healing sound bath, drawing from the powerful sounds of the gong.

The day ends with exclusive use of the fabulous state-of-the-art facilities at Avalon, including; Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Hydromassage Pool. There is also a two course plant based lunch included, along with organic teas. Sustainably sources mats, blankets and cushions made from organic materials will be provided at no extra cost.

The retreat draws on the ancient wisdom of the sacred Kundalini Yoga, which is a tried and tested technology that works with the whole system to promote wellbeing and personal growth. There is an emphasis to listen to your own body and work with what it is offering you, so there is no need to have prior experience of yoga, equally it is suitable for accomplished practitioners and meditators.

We look forward to seeing you on the 25th April and welcoming you to a day out from our busy lives, to provide ourselves with holistic nourishment.
