Jo has been practicing and exploring Yoga for over twenty years. This has led her into teaching, and she has now been teaching for a little more than 10 years. More recently Jo has been working with her husband Ged, a professional musician, and together they hold classes, workshops and retreats both in the UK and abroad.
Since Jo's initial training with the British Wheel of Yoga, she has studied with many leading teaches including Jason Crandell and Norman Blair.
Taking inspiration from many different yoga traditions, Jo's approach to practice is honest and practical. Jo is passionate about the transformative power of Yoga and is very much look forward to it sharing with you.
