Amber believes the benefits of Pilates are endless and celebrates the way that it restore natural movement and improve the harmony of body and muscle. Over the 16 years that Amber has been teaching Pilates she has particularly enjoyed working with people for rehabilitation. She loves to see improvements in her clients’ posture, overall wellbeing, as well as a reduction in back pain, lowered stress and an increase in core strength and flexibility. Amber has trained with various Pilates training bodies over the years including The Pilates Institute, Modern Pilates and Balanced Body , and she seeks further knowledge and disciplines in her time at Avalon. Amber’s passion for Pilates continues to grow and is so happy to be given the opportunity to teach in this beautiful space with its wonderful, healing surroundings. Another of Amber’s passions is open water swimming. She swims outside all year round and also loves to spend time running in the Yorkshire countryside around her home. She can often be seen enjoying Canicross running with her dogs.
