Jo has been practising and exploring Yoga for over twenty years of her life. This immersion led Jo into teaching and is now a fully qualified teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. Jo has been teaching for over ten years and gathers inspiration from various traditions of Yoga. In recent years she has been working with her husband Ged, a professional musician, to develop practices with specially composed pieces of music and sounds to deepen and enrich the meditative practice. Jo’s approach to the practice is honest and practical. Being passionate about the transformative power of Yoga, Jo very much looks forward to sharing it with you.
