About the Q2

The Q2 is a 3-day refresher residential course for graduates of the Hoffman Process. 

When we make a choice to use our tools, be mindful, and – importantly – love ourselves, transformation happens. 

The Q2 allows you space and time:

  • to reconnect to the power of supportive group energy: and 
  • examine what gets in the way of being fully alive and living your vision.

You can choose to do the Q2 with a partner, family member, Hoffman buddy or friend (as long as they are Hoffman graduates as well), and work on any new issues that are coming up in your life today.

If your original Process group are still in touch, this is a great opportunity to reconnect and continue your Hoffman journey together.

The Venue

The Q2 is held at the 3000-acre Broughton Sanctuary, situated in the very centre of the UK,  in the foothills of The Yorkshire Dales and one of the most picturesque parts of the country. 

Surrounding the historic Broughton Hall are formal gardens studded with statues, ponds, parterres and fountains offering a glimpse of 18th century fashion all set against contemporary architecture making the location a truly unique experience. 

Guests experience a feeling of ‘blissful seclusion’ yet Broughton Sanctuary is well connected in terms of reach:

By Air

Leeds Bradford Airport: 40 minutes (24 miles):  40 minutes 

Manchester Airport: 1 hour (55 miles)

Liverpool: 1 hour 15 minutes (69 miles)

By Train

The nearest train station is Skipton, (a 5-minute drive). Trains from London Kings Cross are approximately 3 hours (direct and with a single quick change at Leeds). 

By Car

Driving from London takes between 4-5 hours (traffic dependent).

Avalon Wellbeing Centre

Your Q2 work will take place in Avalon, a state-of-the-art wellbeing centre with a Fibonacci and sacred geometry inspired design throughout. Throughout your stay, you will have the opportunity to experience the unique Pool Suite: a swimming pool with an open aspect onto the adjacent woodland, a sauna, a steam room and hydrotherapy pool.

The cost of the 3-day Q2 ranges from £1,300- £1,950 depending on which accommodation option you choose:

• Premium room: £1,950 per person. Single accommodation for Saturday and Sunday night, all meals and tuition and use of Avalon facilities.

• Standard room: £1,400 per person. Single accommodation for Saturday and Sunday night, all meals and tuition and use of Avalon facilities. 

• Twin/double room: £1,300 per person. Shared accommodation for Saturday and Sunday night, all meals and tuition and use of Avalon facilities.

Dates & Times

Arrive from 4.00pm on Friday 18 November*.

Registration is at 9.30am on Saturday 19 November.

Departure is at 4.00pm on Monday 21 November.
