Arrival 4pm Monday: Depart 10am Sunday

An invitation to connect, awaken, and become fully present with yourself and others on this inspiring path of recovery and discovery. Experience a renewal and a return to balance through practice, music, nature, community and circles. With a focus on yoga, meditation and other activities that create transformation, be led into harmony.

Recovery 2.0 is focused on supporting people in recovery to thrive in life by preventing relapse and build a meaningful, purposeful existence beyond addiction.

And what does it mean to be in recovery?

For Recovery 2.0, recovery means working on and moving beyond addictive thought patterns and behaviours which bring about negative consequences. These thoughts and behaviours may relate to drugs, alcohol, food, sex, love, co-dependency, gambling, habitually falling into debt or technology to name but a few.

Recovery 2.0’s approach is based in the practice and principles of yoga, breathwork, meditation and healthy diet, the necessary ingredients to treat any addiction.

The Journey Home retreat is the centrepiece of that experience, allowing you to come together in community, to heal, release, and connect.

With a focus on yoga, meditation and other activities that create transformation, experience a renewal and a return to balance through practice, music, nature, community and circles.

Immersed in nature, going deep into practice together, supporting each other in the joy of living life more fully, this is an immersive transformational experience of a lifetime.
