Ed, previous participant

Listen to the heart and discover how to be truthful and intimate in your relationships

Embrace presence, listen to the wisdom of the body, and feel your emotions

Find joy in your relationships

Increase your ability to make authentic human connections

“The heart allows us to see, hear and feel the present moment.”

Homa & Mukto

"The biggest insight for me over the last few days has been to realise how much intimacy is missing from everyday life and how intimate something as simple as a soft eye gaze with someone or a gentle hand on someone's body can be"

Maree, previous participant

Tantra for Homa & Mukto is a deep, all-encompassing process which brings together all the elements required for a perfect intimate meeting.

It is a process which Homa and Mukto have been teaching for over 30 years and a process that has touched the hearts of thousands.

By relating from the heart and listening to the wisdom of the body, we open to the present moment where we find a state of openness to life as it is, a real state of truth.

When our personality is the driving force behind relating, when we are lost in the mind or driven by our desires, goals, intentions and plans, or our wish for control, our wish to present ourselves in the best possible light, then we are relating from a place of fear or inadequacy.

Yet when we enter our truth with the other, in this heartfelt present moment, and allow all of our feelings and vulnerabilities, only then is authentic, truthful and intimate relating possible. And it is here where the magic happens!

This 5-night retreat is a magical opportunity for individuals and couples to discover how to connect intimately and authentically with ourselves and others.

The Facilitators: Homa & Mukto

Homa and Mukto are internationally renowned meditation and tantra teachers. For more than 30 years they have facilitated workshops and trainings all over the world and touched the lives of thousands of people from different cultures, economic backgrounds, and ages.
They are loved and respected for their simplicity and their ability to transmit what they teach not only through words, but also through their presence.

After years of exploring and facilitating diverse processes on subjects like chakra work, energy reading, past life, esoteric sciences, and the importance of meditation and present moment awareness, Homa and Mukto developed their own work: bringing awareness, truthfulness and love to sexuality and intimacy.

"Homa and Mukto led the group with such tender awareness, flexibility and knowledge, guiding us on a deep journey inward while providing a safe space to share our truths, questions, and offer life affirming answers. But it was not all so serious: we danced, we laughed, we sweat and breathed together"

Expect food which is as good for you as it is for the planet. A walled garden bistro, ‘Utopia’ serves plant-based delights, and in-house chefs in the Historic House can create to any requirement.

About Avalon Wellbeing

Avalon Wellbeing was conceived by Paris Ackrill and Roger Tempest to serve the inner voyage of mind, body, spirit, a return to source and, ultimately, a reason for being. With its dramatic expression of curves, colours and encoded crystals, Avalon’s biophilic design was the work of Yiangou Architects and interior designer Patrick Kinmonth.

Declared by Ruby Wax as “the coolest place I’ve ever been to’, it brings one-of-a-kind modern inspiration to an ancient setting.

As well as a swimming pool, sauna, steam room (hydromassage pool), state-of-the art studio spaces, personal training studios, floatation tank, crystal light bed and Somadome meditation pod, the Centre acts as the beating heart of residential retreats. Daily yoga and meditation sessions are available as well as events, workshops and an outstanding team of experienced therapists and healers. Experience everything from Acupuncture, Shamanic healing and psychotherapy to herbal medicine, trauma release, varying forms of bodywork and sound baths.
