We are welcoming you to our first ever luxury, Wild Women Day Retreat at the magical Avalon Sanctuary in Skipton.
This is a day to allow space for you to be the true Wild Women that you are, whilst submersing yourself in the privacy and peaceful surroundings of the sacred Avalon Sanctuary.
During this luxury wild women day we will journey into the healing wild feminine power within, igniting you, bringing vitality to your very core. This is a day for all women, no matter what life stage or age you are at, where we can meet, have fun and explore the very essence of what it means to be a wild woman. This day will be full of magic, joy and in pure nurturing, nourishing luxury, where you will relax, release and find inner balance, in a goddess setting to recognise the goddess in you.
We honour the fact that as women we flow in cycles, we are not a straight line but rather we twist and turn and ebb and flow in our energy, emotion and physical needs. We are a beautiful complex jigsaw of needs, we need both energy and rest, movement and meditation. The day will flow with a perfect balance of movement, dance, rest and relaxation.
You will leave the day feeling full and blissful.
The Wild Women
The Wild Woman retreats are held by Lisa & Joanna who will take you on a journey steeped in shamanic and tantric traditions so that you can let go and feel free to express the Wild Woman that you truly are, whilst feeling safe in the circle of other women.
The container that we hold allows women to heal places they cannot be reached alone. We show up as sisters recognising that every woman in the circle has her gifts, her wounds, her strengths, and her shadows.
Lisa & Joanna’s intention is for women to connect to the sacred feminine and to understand the flow of the female self through embodiment.
Here's an insight into how the day will look:
you will connect with the medicine of nature in beautiful sacred surroundings.
you will submerse in ancient rituals as women together, remembering who we are and where we came from.
you will meditate to reawaken the divine feminine, igniting your senses and inner fire.
you will receive a nourishing sound healing, and be taken on a journey of audiosensory deep relaxation.
you will cleanse and shift, through tantric breathwork and guided movement.
you will dance your heart out, laugh and let loose to find a sense of liberation and ecstacy.
you will feed your body & soul with colourful gourmet healing food.
you will honour your body with rest and rejuvenation in the luxury pool suite, sauna, steam room and hydrothermal pool.
you will be held, supported, uplifted and empowered to be the wild woman you truly are.
