Wisdom, Heart & Nature

Luxury Easter Retreat with Malcolm Stern and Sarah Warwick

Monday 4th - Friday 8th April 2022

The Broughton Hall philosophy is to aspire to be an oasis of peace, joy and celebration, a sanctuary where everyone who comes can connect with their deepest self and live who we truly are, and in so doing serve the world with creativity and passion.

In the morning Malcolm’s session will be guiding us to realign with our true and authentic selves.  We will form a Sangha, a place of mutual support and connection, and create a template for living authentically with renewed trust and vigour.

In the afternoons Sarah will lead sessions in creativity, harmony singing, mandala making, meditation and sound bathing to restore, nurture and inspire.

We will also have a fire ceremony, to create a shared ritual to focus and ground our intentions, and invite universal wisdom into our lives. Some of the other offerings can include forest bathing, wild swimming, relaxing in the pool suite, free dance, and walking in stunning nature.

Uplift and inspire mind, body, and soul with inspirational workshops, delicious and nutritious plant-based meals, fun and laughter, and a deep connection with yourself and like-minded others, all in exquisite nature.
