Our Wellbeing Days are created to nourish from the inside out. Providing an exquisite space with experiences to balance the body, mind and soul. Supporting you to your ultimate art of being.
We have designed our Wellbeing Days to give you the choice of using the Avalon Wellbeing facilities during a morning or afternoon session.
You choose the additional bookings of classes, treatments and sessions to create a full day with us. We believe no two people are the same. This way you create a personalised retreat day according to your needs.
We recommend looking at our class schedule before booking your day to help you decide which session you would like to choose. (E.g. If you would like to go to a 90 minute Yoga class in the morning, choose a Wellbeing Day afternoon session).

9.30 - 12.00 | Morning Session (2.5 hours) in Pool Suite + Relaxation Room. (Treatments can also be taken during this time)
12.00 - 12.15 | Change into clothes for Guided Meditation
12.15 - 12.35 | Guided Meditation in Relaxation Room
12.45 - 13.45 | Healthy Lunch at Utopia
14.00 - 17.00 | Afternoon for optional treatments or classes. (Please see schedule. Classes + treatments booked additionally)
