“Avalon is a beautifully-appointed oasis of peace, healing, and joyful regeneration of heart, mind, soul and body. It is a beacon of hope for a world in transformation.”

Andrew Harvey, Rumi Scholar, Mystic and Founder of the Institute of Sacred Activism

“Avalon is a beacon of impeccability. The quality of care, service and dedication make it one of the finest projects of its kind I’ve experienced.”

Malcolm Stern, Co-founder and Co-Director of Alternatives

"Avalon is a mystical name evoking a deep spiritual, emotional and physical healing energy. The Avalon Wellbeing Centre at Broughton Hall is really a unique experience both recreating, and delivering, as it does, the essence of the myth.

The sheer quality and the deep thought that went into it, reflect the profound love and respect that Paris Ackrill and Roger Tempest have for the healing energies that emanate from the Broughton Hall Estate.”

Lawrence Bloom, Secretary General of Be Earth Foundation, a UN Intergovernmental Organisation

“We love coming to Avalon to run our workshops and week-long retreats. It’s vital when you are doing inner work that the external surroundings support you. Avalon is unique, peaceful, spiritually uplifting and supportive.

So much loving care and attention has gone into the design and atmosphere it feels healing just to enter the door.”

Serena Gordon, Managing Director of the Hoffman Process UK

“Our time at Avalon was sensorially stunning and deeply soulful. Its sublime visual harmony and state-of-the-art wellbeing facilities gave us a haven to revitalise our mind, body and soul.”

Tim Freke, Philosopher and best selling author & Deborah O’Shea, Spa Training Consultant
