This week we are opening up the Meditation Pod from 5.00 – 5.30pm Monday – Friday to join the Global Prayer for the Amazon Rainforest, along with indigenous Amazonian tribes which is happening everyday at 5.11pm GMT all around the world 🌎

Avalon and @broughtonhallestate has a special bond with Brazil and the Amazon. We would like to show support for our dear friends and this sacred land… Please join us in this movement! 💫

No matter what your background or religion – no experience necessary. We will sit together with our highest intention for the Amazon and our planet 💫

In response to the crisis we will be planting 10 acres of new trees at @broughtonhallestate this Winter and more 💫
