The Hoffman Process at Broughton Hall
The Hoffman Process
at Broughton Hall
14th – 20th November 2020
The Hoffman Process is a week-long residential personal development retreat. It will take place at Broughton in June and November 2020 in conjunction with Hoffman Institute UK.
Hoffman involves intensive, transformational work experienced in a small group setting. Participants are taught practical tools and techniques to help them challenge learned behavioural patterns that are preventing them from feeling fully alive. People leave the Process with a deep experience of their own resilience, a greater sense of life’s possibilities, and ready to embrace change.
The Process has been established for 50 years, in 14 countries, and has benefitted more than 100,000 people from all walks of life. Its ultimate aim is to help everyone reach forgiveness and acceptance for themselves and others, allowing for a more compassionate approach to personal relationships and family life.
