Personalised calisthenics screening and individualised programme design
Tim and Jacko from The School of Calisthenics join us at Avalon Wellbeing for an indepth calisthenics retreat. They offer individualised movement screenings and assessments, and design personalised training programmes for you face-to-face. The retreats are an intimate affair with more one-on-one coaching than our workshops hence why we limit the retreat to only 8 places.
Using thier experience of screening and developing strength and conditioning programmes for elite athletes, the team will create a comprehensive programme and training plan for you and then explain the specifics of the thought process behind it whilst coaching you through each of the exercises.
We don’t offer this opportunity at any other time in the year, so don’t miss out!
“The continued enthusiasm that both of you provide, although we aren’t or ever will be professional athletes for a small time we feel like we we’re getting such good advice and attention to our training it really lifts the times when we are on our own training to achieve a goal which seems a long way off.”
