Join us for a Mindful Woodland Wreath Workshop this weekend ✨

Saturday 10th October 10.30 – 1.30pm or Sunday 11th October 9.30 – 12.30pm ✨

@brookandearl and @the_forestguru invite you for a creative morning on our beautiful Sanctuary making Woodland Wreaths ✨

You will meet in our magnificent Fire Temple and begin with a guided mindfulness practice before heading out to our Garden of Cosmic Origin. Here you will be invited to forage for foliage and ingredients to make your own beautiful autumn wreath to take home. There will be sensory connection invitations as you forage and create, drawing your attention to nature and the magical woodland surroundings. The workshop finishes off with a delicious light lunch around the campfire ✨

The cost will be £85 per person and includes all your materials, tuition, warm drinks, a light lunch and guided mindfulness practice ✨
